Born and raised in Northwest Indiana just outside of Chicago, I grew up in an area where minutes in any direction was an eclectic variety of places to explore. A downtown urban city in one direction; white whistling sand beaches in another direction, and miles and miles open fields, forests, rivers, and lakeshore. My central location in the Midwest gives me easy access to many major cities, most of which are only a few hours drive away, and all of which are loaded with great places to take photographs.
